This women’s self defense workshop will teach participants how to defend themselves in multiple ranges of self defense, the importance of awareness and on the golden rules of self defense. The workshop will be a mix of a little lecture and a lot of hands on self defense training tactics/techniques. Participants will walk away feeling more confidence in themselves and their self defense skills. Fit 2 Defend has trained and empowered hundreds of women in their programs with great results.
