Gorton CenterKnow what to do but need help staying on course? The Weight Loss & Healthier Habits Accountability Group will help you set goals and stay focused on reaching them. Start by choosing a health-related goal (weight loss, increased strength/fitness level, healthier eating, stress management, etc). Then attend the group each week for consistent support, guidance, and most importantly accountability.
Why do groups work well? A lot of us already know what to do, but we just need a nudge to get it done, and having someone to report to often makes us more successful.
