Know what to do but need help staying on course? The Weight Loss & Healthier Habits Accountability Group will help you set goals and stay focused on reaching them. Start by choosing a health-related goal (weight loss, increased strength/fitness level, healthier eating, stress management, etc). Then attend the group each week for consistent support, guidance, and most importantly accountability.
Why do groups work well? A lot of us already know what to do, but we just need a nudge to get it done, and having someone to report to often makes us more successful.

About Mollie Lawniczak
My health journey led me to coach others and start Welcome Wellness. I understand what it is like to have a health goal which makes me passionate about educating, supporting, and motivating others to reach their goals. I am a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and studied health coaching and nutrition sciences through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute and Stanford Center for Health Education. In addition, I worked for over two years coaching members at WW (Weight Watchers). As a health coach, I help clients achieve self-determined goals, provide trusted science-based information, help clients make a plan to achieve their goals, and maintain motivation. Welcome Wellness is my opportunity to share and welcome good health into the lives of my clients.
