Meal planning is an important strategy for sticking to a healthy lifestyle. Planning ahead makes it so much easier to choose healthier foods plus saves time and money. During this session, we will create a meal plan for a week with your own foods and discuss healthy food choices to include in your planning.

About Mollie Lawniczak
My own health journey led me to coaching others and starting Welcome Wellness. Because I understand what it is like to have a health goal that you want to reach, I am passionate about educating, supporting, and motiving others to reach their goals. I studied health coaching and nutrition sciences through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute and Stanford Center for Health Education. I am currently studying Advanced Coaching to become a National Board-Certified Health Coach. In addition, I worked for over two years coaching members at WW (Weight Watchers). As a health coach, I help clients achieve self-determined goals, provide trusted science-based information, help clients make a plan to achieve their goals, and maintain motivation. Welcome Wellness is my opportunity to share and welcome good health into the lives of my clients
