Meal planning is an important strategy for sticking to a healthy lifestyle. Planning makes it much easier to choose healthier foods and saves time and money. During this session, we will create a weekly meal plan with your favorite meals, share meal ideas, and discuss healthy alternative food choices, and review strategies to make it a regular habit.
This workshop is on Tuesday, May 23, 6:00pm – 7:00pm
About Mollie Lawniczak
My health journey led me to coach others and start Welcome Wellness. I understand what it is like to have a health goal which makes me passionate about educating, supporting, and motivating others to reach their goals. I am a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and studied health coaching and nutrition sciences through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute and Stanford Center for Health Education. In addition, I worked for over two years coaching members at WW (Weight Watchers). As a health coach, I help clients achieve self-determined goals, provide trusted science-based information, help clients make a plan to achieve their goals, and maintain motivation. Welcome Wellness is my opportunity to share and welcome good health into the lives of my clients.
