Keys to Longevity
This class runs on Wednesdays, June 14 – 28 (3 Sessions), 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Welcome to Longevity 101! How to stay younger (not just look younger) and live longer.
This one-of-a-kind wellness program is for busy moms, middle-aged professionals, new grandparents, and anyone interested in improving the quality and longevity of their life. In this course, you’ll apply the latest research in longevity to create a personalized plan for reversing aging. By using the keys to longevity, you’ll prevent (or reverse) chronic age-related diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes, and cognitive decline, and enhance your overall well-being. This positive transformation may even impact the lives of your loved ones.
Please note that this is not a diet! Presented by a registered dietitian, it’s a fun, engaging, and eye-opening experience. Materials are included.
Olga Kras is a Registered Dietitian with over 25 years of experience in the field of nutrition. She has been working in various healthcare settings, and private practice, and was a founder of one of the first organic restaurants on the NorthShore, Organic Wellness Café in Lake Forest. She’s on a mission to promote quality nutrition for families of all ages with a focus on eliminating chronic diseases of aging.
