Welcome Wellness: Managing Your Stress
Looking for simple ways to get your stress level under control? Are you over-committed and under-nourished? Do you want to feel calmer as you move through your days?
If managing the multiple demands on your time and simply getting through your day has become a challenge, stress management may help. Implementing certain strategies to reduce stress is possible, often before it even starts.
During this workshop we will discuss:
- What stress is and how it manifests differently
- The key to managing stress and how powerfully it helps your mind and body
- Holistic and easy-to-implement stress reduction tips
- A “next step” plan to maintain a calm and relaxed state of mind in your everyday life, (no matter how hectic it gets)
This workshop is on Tuesday, June 13, 6:00pm – 8:00pm
About Mollie Lawniczak
My health journey led me to coach others and start Welcome Wellness. I understand what it is like to have a health goal which makes me passionate about educating, supporting, and motivating others to reach their goals. I am a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and studied health coaching and nutrition sciences through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute and Stanford Center for Health Education. In addition, I worked for over two years coaching members at WW (Weight Watchers). As a health coach, I help clients achieve self-determined goals, provide trusted science-based information, help clients make a plan to achieve their goals, and maintain motivation. Welcome Wellness is my opportunity to share and welcome good health into the lives of my clients.
