We designed this art camp for young creators who love to make things they can actually use. All week long, campers dive into hands-on techniques and turn ideas into functional, one-of-a-kind art.
First, they explore fiber and design. They weave colorful tapestries and create personalized wall hangings that show off their style.
Then, they bring storytelling into the mix. Each camper makes a handmade book filled with drawings, designs, and creative surprises. Finally, they look to nature. Campers create a vase with permanent flowers, adding lasting color and beauty to their homes.
Along the way, campers learn how to see materials differently. They repurpose everyday objects and turn them into something new. As a result, they build confidence, think creatively, and discover how art can be both beautiful and useful.
Periwinkle Art Studio invites kids to join this fun and inspiring camp, where creativity flows, skills are learned, and campers walk away with a set of handmade treasures they can proudly display or use. Whether your child is a seasoned artist or just starting to explore their creative side, this camp promises to provide a nurturing, hands-on environment for artistic growth and self-expression.
