From there, you’ll dive into a kriya – a thoughtfully designed sequence of postures, breath patterns, and mantras – to awaken your Kundalini energy and bring harmony to your body and mind. Finally, you’ll unwind with deep relaxation and meditation, leaving you refreshed, centered, and energized.

Instructor Jennifer Laurent is a Holistic Occupational Therapist specializing in several healing modalities such as reiki, meditation, ancestral clearing, craniosacral therapy, and energy healing. She is passionate about helping people tune into their unlimited potential. Jennifer works individually and in groups with people from all ages and stages of life from birth to older adult. Teaching how to move the energy of the body through breath, visualization and meditation is one her favorite parts of her career. Helping people shift and heal into their spirit’s joy is another! As a mom, wife, & healer the importance of self-care is ever so valuable. Healing individually and collectively is profound. It is beautiful life work.
