EN GARDE. PRÊT? ALLEZ!

The sport of fencing requires quick thinking, as fencers must strategize and react to their opponents in real-time. This can help improve cognitive function and critical thinking skills.

Fencing is also a physically demanding sport that involves quick movements, balance, and coordination. Practicing fencing can help improve overall fitness and athleticism.

Fencing requires discipline and dedication to training and practicing regularly. Learning fencing can help instill a sense of discipline, respect, responsibility, and good sportsmanship –  qualities that carry through to everyday life.

This class is for those new to fencing or those who would like to work on basic fencing skills. We will cover basic rules, etiquette, footwork, attacks, and defenses. Classes will consist of warm-up, footwork, group lesson and bouting.

This class runs on Mondays, May 1- June 5, 5:00pm – 6:00pm
For Ages: 7 – 14 Years Old
