Haiku Poetry
Celebrate National Poetry Month with the timeless art of Haiku. First, we’ll explore the simple structure of this powerful three-line poem. Then, we’ll focus on observation, imagery, and emotion. Next, we’ll pair your words with visual art to deepen your creative expression. As a result, you’ll connect more fully with both poetry and art.
No experience is required. Just bring your curiosity and an open mind. Whether you’ve never picked up a pencil or you create art every day, you’ll feel welcome here. Most importantly, our wellness art program helps you slow down, reflect, and have fun while you create.
All supplies provided. Ages 11+.

This class is free, but spaces are limited and participants must pre-register.
