Join speakers Megan Carroll Himmer and Alan Himmer as they share powerful stories from their recent humanitarian aid trips to the war zone in Ukraine. They will bring you firsthand knowledge and insights that you won’t find in the news.

To begin, the Himmers will provide a brief overview of Ukraine’s history. Next, they will walk you through a timeline of the war. Along the way, they will highlight crimes committed, the toll on the Ukrainian people, and the devastating impact on the land itself.

From there, you will hear how Megan and Alan became involved in the humanitarian effort. They will explain what first inspired them, the scope of their work, and how their focus has shifted over time.

Then, the Himmers will turn to their 2025 missions. They will describe the local organizations they partner with, how they gather supplies, and how they deliver aid on the ground. With constant drone strikes, every step carries risk. Yet protecting critical resources like power supplies and ambulance services remains essential. You will learn how the Himmers fight to safeguard life-saving systems while still meeting urgent needs.
