Ages 6–14

This dynamic self-defense program is designed to build character, boost confidence, and teach real-world safety skills to students ages 6–14. Our training is rooted in practical, reality-based techniques that help children stay safe, think clearly under pressure, and grow into confident, respectful young leaders.

Each class includes modules focused on essential life skills and physical techniques, including:

• Stranger Danger Awareness

• Ground Defense Techniques

• Multiple Attacker Strategies

• Conditioning & Attribute Training

Our program draws from a variety of martial arts disciplines to offer well-rounded training, including:

• Krav Maga (Hand-to-Hand Combat)

• Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Ground Fighting)

• Muay Thai Kickboxing

• Kali (Filipino Weaponry)

Beyond the physical skills, this program is centered on personal growth. Students learn the value of respect, responsibility, and self-discipline, helping them become not only stronger and safer—but also more confident and self-aware in all areas of life.
