We are combining two of our most popular Gorton offerings (Yoga & Live Music) to bring you this monthly event.

Experience the energy all around you as you’re guided through a gentle yoga flow accompanied by live acoustic guitar.  Allow the music composed in real time to complement your movement, creating a experience that allows you to fully tune into your mind and body.   As you move, breathe, and quiet the mind live music will surround us and enhance the flow of energy to keep you in the present moment. This hour of vibrations and movement will help release tension, bring you back into balance, and leave you renewed and energized.
