College essay season is fast approaching! Not sure how to start your personal statement? Concerned about supplemental essays? No need to struggle or stress! During this fast-paced hour, you will gain a better understanding of the personal narrative structure and what makes a story stand out.

You will come away with specific strategies and solutions guaranteed to help you craft meaningful, memorable essays. Class includes models, templates & other handouts. Limited spots are available! Ages: High School

Alice Moody is a professional writing coach who has spent the past decade running independent writing workshops, teaching at the Writer’s Studio (part of University of Chicago’s Graham School) and working individually with hundreds of students and professionals to improve their writing. Originally from St. Louis, Alice holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Arts in Teaching English from the University of Chicago. With her abundant enthusiasm and energy, she helps students discover their unique voice, showcase their story, and enjoy the writing process.
