Join Us for a Transformative Nutrition and Wellness Seminar on Perimenopause!

Are you navigating the changes of perimenopause or supporting someone who is? This empowering seminar is designed to educate, uplift, and equip you with the tools you need to feel strong, balanced, and confident through this important life stage.

Led by experienced wellness professionals, this interactive class will dive into evidence-based strategies to help you take control of your health and well-being. Whether you’re just beginning to notice changes or are well into your perimenopausal journey, this seminar will provide practical guidance and supportive community.

Topics we’ll explore include:
  • Nutrition for Hormonal Balance: Discover the best foods to support fluctuating hormones, stabilize mood, maintain a healthy metabolism, and promote strong bones. Learn how to build meals that nourish your body and reduce common perimenopausal symptoms.

  • Movement for Strength and Vitality: Learn which types of exercise are most effective during perimenopause for preserving muscle mass, boosting energy, and protecting heart health. We’ll discuss how to adapt your fitness routine to meet your body’s evolving needs.

  • Smart Supplementation: With so many products on the market, it can be hard to know what really works. We’ll separate fact from fiction and provide clear guidance on which supplements are truly helpful—and which may be more hype than help.

You’ll leave with:
  • A deeper understanding of what’s happening in your body during perimenopause

  • Practical tips you can start using right away

  • Resources to continue your journey with confidence

This is more than just a seminar—it’s an opportunity to take charge of your health and connect with others going through similar experiences. We hope to see you there!
