  • Internal Awareness & Energy: Look beyond the physical movements of Tai Chi. Explore Qi, or vital energy, and Yi, or intention. Learn how the body, mind, and breath work together.

  • Tai Chi Forms & Practical Applications: Learn key Tai Chi movements with a focus on posture, relaxation, and flow. Explore how these movements can improve balance, coordination, and body awareness.
  • Push Hands (Tui Shou): Work with a partner to develop sensitivity, balance, and responsiveness. These exercises help you experience Tai Chi principles through movement and connection.
  • Guided Meditation & Stillness: Slow down and bring the practice together through guided meditation. Center your mind, reconnect with your breath, and enjoy a sense of calm.
