A sound bath is a meditative experience where you are “bathed” in sound waves.  It is an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli, and an invitation to deeply relax, restore, and heal your mind, body, and soul.  No prior experience necessary, all you need to do is listen.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring: a yoga mat, small pillow, and anything else you need for comfort while laying down, like a blanket and bolster pillow.

This class runs on Sunday, October 22, 7:00pm – 7:45pm

Instructor Joi Hunt:  Joi Hunt is a Lake Forest resident, a professional calligrapher, and a Certified Sound Wellness Practitioner.  Joi plays quartz crystal singing bowls and Himalayan bowls in her melodic sound baths.
