Learn all about salad gardening! This will be a hands-on class learning the right potting soil mixture, what to plant, when to plant, how many to plant, how to care and how to harvest your favorite salad greens.  Cost includes all the materials including lettuce, kales, swiss chard, herbs, etcd. You will take a  salad container home. Adults

North Shore Organic Kitchen Garden was created to help more families build kitchen or vegetable gardens in their yard.  A garden is a great place for kids to learn and a perfect opportunity to get exposed to the world of herbs, salad greens, vegetables and fruits.
