If you would like to experience a peaceful practice and healing escape, or if you are curious about how to take better care of yourself, and make self-care a reality in your life, you will make this class a monthly priority.  The combination of restorative yoga along with a live sound bath requires no experience except tuning into your senses.

Join us for an incredible 90-minute restorative yoga practice and healing sound bath to Himalayan crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, Indian flute, and more. You will be guided through yogic practices that will nourish your mind, body and spirit as you move into restorative yoga poses, and experience various forms of meditation and breathwork, all while tuning into a sound healing experience.

This practice will help reduce stress and allow the nervous system to reset. You will leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed in addition to learning some practical tools on how to bring deep healing into your daily life.

Wear comfortable clothing. Bring a mat and a water bottle.  All other props will be provided.
