“If you are looking to be blown away by raw talent, then look no further than Griffin House.” – American Songwriter
Beloved by fans and critics alike, Griffin House returns to Gorton for another unforgettable night of storytelling and song. Known for his heartfelt lyrics and authentic sound, House has spent over 20 years touring nationwide and recording more than 13 albums.
His 2004 debut, Lost and Found, brought him national attention when it was featured on CBS Sunday Morning. Soon after, music critic and former MTV/VH1 executive Bill Flanagan called him one of the best emerging singer-songwriters of his generation.
House built his loyal fan base the old-fashioned way – through relentless touring and genuine connection. He shared stages with legends like John Mellencamp and The Cranberries, captivating audiences with his soulful, storytelling style.
By 2009, House had become a national headliner. That same year, he appeared on Late Night with Craig Ferguson and released the fan-favorite track, “The Guy That Says Goodbye to You Is Out of His Mind.”
House’s artistry extends beyond music. In 2019, the Amazon Prime documentary Rising Star followed his life on and off the road, exploring how he balances creativity, marriage, fatherhood, and sobriety. The film offers a raw, honest look at the man behind the music.
House’s songs have appeared on hit television shows including One Tree Hill, Rescue Me, Party of Five, and Everwood. Meanwhile, music magazines such as Rolling Stone, No Depression, and Paste have praised his distinct voice and lyrical depth.
Never one to stand still, Griffin House continues to evolve. His latest release, The Tides, is a five-song EP produced by Grammy Award-winning producer Jacquire King. The project captures everything fans love about his music –intimate storytelling, emotional honesty, and timeless songwriting.
With every album and every live show, Griffin House proves why he remains one of the most compelling voices in American music today. Don’t miss your chance to experience his return to Gorton – a night filled with heart, soul, and songs that stay with you long after the final note.
