In a world that never stops buzzing, beeping, and scrolling — what happens when you put the phone down and pick up a pen?
Going Analogue is a one-hour workshop designed for young people who are ready to trade the noise of digital life for something quieter, more personal, and surprisingly powerful. Led by Christine Witt, wellness advocate, mental health champion, and founder of PurposeFull Goods, this session is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with the one voice that matters most — your own.
Through a grounding meditation and guided journaling exercise, participants will explore what it feels like to be fully present, to sit with their thoughts without distraction, and to begin building a simple wellness ritual that actually sticks. No followers required. No notifications. Just you, a journal, and a little space to breathe.
Two age-specific sessions:
What to expect:
No experience necessary. Just show up, open up, and see what’s waiting on the other side of the screen.
Christine Witt is the founder of PurposeFull Goods, a wellness brand that blends the science of scent with guided journaling to support self-discovery and intentional living. A passionate mental health advocate, Christine believes that the simplest analogue tools — a journal, a candle, a quiet moment of reflection — can be some of the most powerful catalysts for lasting change. Drawing from her own lived experience navigating life’s transitions, Christine has made it her mission to help others slow down, tune in, and build wellness rituals that actually stick. Through PurposeFull Goods and her work as a community advocate, she creates space for people to reconnect with themselves with curiosity, compassion, and a little bit of joy.
