Join us for Gorton’s fifth annual Cornhole Classic and Concert! Come for free to listen to the great music, enjoy food and drink and spectating. Free spectating – Pay to Play

We’ve got food trucks, drinks, live music, a round-robin, leaderboard, and a chance to win throwing prizes! This year we’ve added a kids court with shorter throwing distance. Come throw or spectate, eat, drink and enjoy gathering in the heart of the community for some summer fun!

TWO DIVISIONS:

  • Competitive (this is the competitive adult division)
  • Family/kids (smaller court, one team member must be 12 and under)

THE DETAILS:

  • Absolutely NO professionals!
  • Team consists of 2 players
  • Standard ($60) team of 2 players, t-shirts, and two free drink tickets
  • All teams guaranteed 3 games, round-robin style tournament with prizes
  • Leader Board
  • Check-In: 3:45 – 4:20 pm
  • Announcements & Rules- 4:20 pm
  • Play starts 4:30 pm SHARP
  • Championship game 7 pm

THE FESTIVITIES:

  • Live music by Rollover (4:30-6:30 pm)
  • Food vendors
  • Raffles, Games, Hole-in-One

We will fill the open spots on a first come first serve basis. Please come to the Registration/Check-in table no later than 3:45 to inquire about openings. Rain or shine-event moves indoors if inclement weather.

Gorton welcomes Rollover for this year’s Cornhole Classic and Concert festivities

Louie Zagoras is a seasoned musician and the founder, lead singer, guitarist, and primary songwriter of the band ROLLOVER. Louie and ROLLOVER have shared stages with rock legends like The Allman Brothers Band, Joe Satriani, and Sheryl Crow. Their relentless touring, including a successful UK tour with Joe Satriani, solidified their international success.. Throughout his career, Louie has contributed to television and film soundtracks, while his solo work showcases his musical versatility. Today, Louie continues to influence the blues/rock scene through ROLLOVER’s ongoing performances and collaborations.
