Join Chef Thierry Lefeuvre of Froggy’s French Café in Highwood for an unforgettable evening of fine food, wine, and culinary inspiration! This engaging and delicious cooking class offers guests a chance to learn from one of the North Shore’s most beloved chefs in an intimate and welcoming setting.

During the evening, Chef Thierry will demonstrate the preparation of a complete three-course French meal—starting with a flavorful soup, followed by a beautifully crafted main dish, and finishing with a delectable dessert. Guests will enjoy watching the techniques and artistry behind each dish and will receive recipes to try at home. Whether you’re a seasoned home cook or just starting out in the kitchen, you’ll walk away with new skills, fresh ideas, and plenty of inspiration.

Your $85 ticket includes two glasses of wine, the live cooking demonstration, and a full three-course meal to enjoy after the lesson. It’s the perfect night out for food lovers, couples, friends, or anyone looking to experience something new and delicious.

Refunds will only be given up to one week prior to the first week of class of any session. (The refund period for some classes, which require advanced reservations or purchase of materials, may be more limited.) Cancellations will incur a $5 handling fee for programs costing under $100 and a 10% handling fee for programs with fees of $100 or more. If a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, you will be notified, and a full refund will be given.

If this class does not meet the minimum participation requirement, you will be notified of the cancellation within one week of the start date.
