An 8 am Saturday morning plunge will take place at Lake Forest Beach the weekend following the event. All participants are invited to join!

His introduction to conscious breath-work and cold exposure incorporates the Wim Hof Method, and he has found these tools to be the most effective way to optimize and elevate both the physiological and non-physical parts of ourselves. Trained and certified in several disciplines, James has spent the last 5 years educating and facilitating these processes in workshops and retreats.
