Acting for Boomers
Ignite a new passion, feed an existing love or rekindle a past fervor for dramatic arts. This acting class is a positive and supportive environment in which creative self-expression is fostered. Connect with fellow seniors – improvise and work on scenes from well-known plays, bring a favorite poem to life or tell a captivating story. Students are given suggestions for material to work on and are also encouraged to bring in their own material. No memorization is required and previous experience is not necessary. Everyone is welcome!
This class runs on Wednesdays, January 11 – February 15, 10:00am – 12:00pm.
