The monthly Mothers’ Circle is a supportive and empowering class for modern-day moms who are looking to parent consciously and raise authentic, resilient children. This class offers a safe and nonjudgmental community where moms can share their experiences and challenges, and gain strategies and tools to navigate the complexities of motherhood.

Key themes and take-aways from the Mothers’ Circle:

  1. Community: Finding support and connection helping moms feel resourced, encouraged, and inspired.
  2. Conscious Parenting: Supporting moms along their journey to parent in a way that aligns with their values and goals, possibly different from how they were raised.
  3. Matrescence: Exploring the process of becoming a mother and the identity transformation it entails.
  4. Myths of the ‘Good Mother’: Debunking societal myths and pressures about what it means to be a good mother.
  5. Mindfulness Practices: Learning do-able practices and tools that promote self-understanding, emotion regulation, and compassion.

The class is inclusive of moms with children of all ages, though specific topics like infancy and postpartum and transitioning kids out of the nest are better addressed in other groups.

Limited spots available!
