Are you or someone you care about facing the difficult decision of divorce? This informative and compassionate workshop is designed to help individuals and couples better understand their options and find a peaceful, cost-effective way to move forward. Divorce is never easy, but with the right tools and guidance, it doesn’t have to be destructive.
This session focuses on divorce mediation—a respectful, cooperative process that empowers couples to make all of their own decisions regarding parenting plans, division of property and finances, child support, and alimony. Mediation offers a collaborative alternative to the traditional adversarial legal process, allowing couples to prioritize the well-being of their family, especially their children, during an emotionally challenging time.
If both individuals can communicate respectfully and act with fairness and reason, mediation can significantly reduce the emotional and financial toll of divorce. Unlike litigation, which can be lengthy, expensive, and combative, mediation is private, quicker, less costly, and far less stressful.
In this workshop, you will:
Learn what divorce mediation is and how it works
Understand the qualifications for pursuing mediation
Discover the benefits of mediation versus traditional divorce litigation
Hear real-world examples of successful mediated divorces
Receive resources to help you begin the process, if and when you’re ready
Whether you’re in the early stages of considering divorce or already in the process, this workshop will provide clarity, support, and practical information to help you make the best decisions for yourself and your family.
Take the first step toward a more peaceful resolution—join us to explore if mediation is right for you.
