Join Areta for a monthly reset. Once a month on a Sunday afternoon you can set a side time just for you to renew and restore your mind and body.
We will start with a Yin Yoga (gentle and longer holds) practice focused on awakening our meridian lines. We will move into Pranayama techniques where you will learn to use breath work for expansion, control and quieting the mind. The last part of class will be spent on finding moments of stillness and clarity through a guided and/or mindful meditation practice.
This monthly self-care workshop will inspire you to bring these new learned yogic techniques into your everyday home practice.
This workshop runs on Sunday, December 11, 1:00pm – 2:30pm
