Look at your confirmation email for the attached e-tickets and ensure you’ve received each e-ticket purchased (printing tickets is optional).
Can’t find your ticket? Check your spam for an email from Ovationtix
Locate the pre-show email sent by Gorton Center 24 to 48 hours before the event for detailed information.
Find parking in our main lot on the West side of Gorton Center off of McKinley Road or in the connected upper lot – or the adjacent parking at the train station. Please respect our neighbors and refrain from parking on Illinois Road.
Make your way to the West Side Entrance and head up the ramp into the main lobby.
Need Assistance? Speak with one of our friendly team members at the reception desk if you need to buy a ticket or confirm your seat.
Have your ticket ready with the barcode out to check in with the attendant before you head down the stairs where you will find two entrances to the theater.
Need to go before the show? Bathrooms can be found in the main lobby before the stairs to the theater.
Snacks Available! Before you head in, make sure you grab snacks and drinks at concessions – you’ll find them through the doors to the right of the theater. Concessions close 30 minutes after the start of an event.
Once you’re all set, find your seat number located on your ticket and enter through the corresponding door.
Having trouble finding your seat? Usher assistance will be available for most Gorton Center events.
