This program will build character and provide reality based Self-Defense training for our students. Ages 6 – 14.

The first element is real world self-defense based training. This training involves focusing on many different training modules that include the following:

• Bully prevention
• Stranger danger
• Ground defense training
• Multiple attacker training
• Conditioning/Attribute training

This program has influences from many different Martial Arts disciplines such as:

• Hand to Hand Combat (Krav Maga)
• Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (Ground Fighting)
• Muay Thai Kickboxing
• Kali (Filipino weaponry)

The most important part of the training is designed to make the students,  future leaders in society by teaching our students to be respectful, self- efficient and responsible.  Areas that we instill in our students through their training:
