Gorton CenterThis workshop will focus on an easy approach to making better and more healthful food choices. Learn a science-based simple method to quickly identify better food choices. During this workshop, you will learn why and how healthier choices impact your health and life, how to read a nutritional label, understand food ingredient lists, put together a healthy food plate, and an introduction to portion sizes. This workshop is a great place to start if you are looking to improve your overall eating habits.

About Mollie Lawniczak
My own health journey led me to coaching others and starting Welcome Wellness. Because I understand what it is like to have a health goal that you want to reach, I am passionate about educating, supporting, and motivating others to reach their goals. I studied health coaching and nutrition sciences through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute and Stanford Center for Health Education. I am currently studying Advanced Coaching to become a National Board-Certified Health Coach. In addition, I worked for over two years coaching members at WW (Weight Watchers). As a health coach, I help clients achieve self-determined goals, provide trusted science-based information, help clients make a plan to achieve their goals, and maintain motivation. Welcome Wellness is my opportunity to share and welcome good health into the lives of my clients.
