We know choosing childcare is a big decision. Our enrollment process is designed to be clear, flexible, and supportive for your family.

HOW TO ENROLL

  1. Choose the schedule that works best for your family
  2. Email your reservation request to our CLC Director
  3. Receive confirmation within one business day
  4. Complete your enrollment forms and required documents
  5. Submit your materials for review
  6. Join us at CLC

DCFS Summary of Licensing Standards

Enrollment is $225 for one child and $275 for two or more children. A 15% discount is offered for an older sibling when attending simultaneously.

All CLC registration forms, medical forms, including Lead Risk Questionnaire and a copy of birth certificate must be turned in before your child’s first day. Don't hesitate to get in touch with CLC Director Brittney Boyd if you have questions regarding enrollment.
