Overture Games offers a STEAM based music curriculum that introduces kids to musical concepts through engaging\, interactive video games. Through our hands-on\, game-based curriculum\, your child will not only learn to play and compose music but also develop essential skills like creativity\, collaboration\, and critical thinking. Whether your child is a budding musician or just curious about music\, our pro musician mentors will guide them every step of the way to become creative thinkers! \nGrades 3rd – 5th: 4 – 5pm \nAspen Buckingham and Steven Jiang\, co-founders of Overture Games\, are on a mission to revolutionize music education through video games. Aspen\, a Northwestern University alumnus\, has a background in music composition and computer science. Steven\, also a Northwestern graduate\, holds degrees in economics and music performance. Their passion for music entrepreneurship has earned them recognition on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list and the Chicago Inno 25 Under 25 list.
