DESCRIPTION:THIS CLASS HAS BEEN CANCELLED. CHECK BACK FOR RESCHEDULED DATES!\nIn this empowering art class\, children will have the opportunity to build their very own brand. We will discuss the values and beliefs behind existing well-known brands and their visual identities and how shapes and colour can be used to represent ideas and beliefs. Children will then explore the values and ideas that are important to them and translate those into a personalized logo through a choice of art materials.  Ages 7 – 11 \nVee Gunn is a local artist and creates vibrant\, unapologetic greeting cards and designs. With over 20 years experience in advertising\, Vee pulls on both her marketing background as well as her true passion of art and poetry to create personalised and empowering art classes where children can unlock their imagination and produce work they are proud of. She believes that creativity plays a crucial role for mental well being and through her teaching\, Vee hopes to inspire confidence and a lasting love for art in every child.
