Along the way\, they strengthen acting skills\, stage presence\, vocal technique\, and ensemble work in a fun and supportive environment. \nStudents will perform songs and scenes inspired by hit musicals and pop anthems\, including This Is Me\, Shake It Off\, Roar\, Brave\, and selections from High School Musical and The Greatest Showman. First\, instructors introduce a curated list of material. Then\, students help choose which songs and scenes they will rehearse and perform. \nThroughout the session\, students rehearse scenes\, learn group and small-ensemble songs\, and practice simple choreography. As they rehearse\, they will strengthen storytelling skills\, develop memorable characters\, and grow as confident performers. Slow and gentle\, Tai Chi can improve blood flow\, balance\, and relaxation. Each Tai Chi pose flows into the next with circular\, continuous movements. This helps improve your balance and flexibility without putting strain on muscles and joints. \nTai Chi is also a very social activity\, commonly practiced in groups that rhythmically synchronize slow movements with deep breathing.
