SUMMARY:Lake Forest Civic Orchestra Presents "Phoenix Rising"
DESCRIPTION:The LFCO closes our season of celebration and looks ahead to next year with “Phoenix Rising.” Written in 2008\, Stella Sung’s “Phoenix Rising” reflects the tale of a mythical bird\, the phoenix\, which is considered a powerful symbol in many cultures throughout the world. We pair Sung’s work with Wagner’s popular Prelude to Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg.
