DESCRIPTION:REGISTRATION CLOSES SUNDAY JULY 21st AT 2PM\nCornhole\, beer\, live music\, food trucks…get your team together!\nJoin us for Gorton’s third annual Cornhole Tournament! Come for free to listen to the great music\, enjoy food and drink and spectating. Free spectating – Pay to Play \nWe’ve got food trucks\, drinks\, live music\, a round-robin\, leaderboard\, and a chance to win throwing prizes! This year we’ve added a kids court with shorter throwing distance. Come throw or spectate\, eat\, drink and enjoy gathering in the heart of the community for some summer fun! \nFor board sponsor information\, please click here\nTWO DIVISIONS: \n\nCompetitive (this is the competitive adult division)\nFamily/kids (smaller court\, one team member must be 12 and under)\n\nTHE DETAILS: \n\nAbsolutely NO professionals!\nTeam consists of 2 players\nStandard ($60) team of 2 players\, t-shirts\, and two free drink tickets\nAll teams guaranteed 3 games\, round-robin style tournament with prizes\nLeader Board\nCheck-In: 3:45 – 4:20 pm\nAnnouncements & Rules- 4:20 pm\nPlay starts 4:30 pm SHARP\nChampionship game 7 pm\nACO rules apply – www.americancornhole.org\n\nTHE FESTIVITIES: \n\nLive music by Railheart (4:30-6:30 pm)\nFood vendors: Mamma Mia Pizza\, Left Bank Hotdogs\, Donut Jester\, Culinary Gangster\nLake Bluff Brewery\nRaffles\, Games\, Hole-in-One\n\nWe will fill the open spots on a first come first serve basis. Rain or shine-event moves indoors if inclement weather. \nGorton welcomes Railheart for this year’s Cornhole festivities\nRailheart is a Rock’n Roll Rhythm & Blues Bayou Funk’n Soul Band with a Cosmic Country twist Led by Multi Instrumentalist Noah Plotkin. The band covers deep cuts from the 70s Rock\, Bayou Funk\, Delta Blues & Cosmic Country Era’s.  Psych yourself up for a fun\, funky mix of the greats like Eagles\, Little Feat\, Grateful Dead\,  The Band and Eric Clapton.  Raiheart is comprised of a collective of musicians who both together and separate have opened & played along with Joe Walsh\, Melvin Seals\, The Wallflowers & Vetiver to name a few.
