DESCRIPTION:In this festive mixed-media workshop\, young artists will create their own handmade holiday cards and gift tags\, perfect for sharing with family and friends. \nUsing an abundance of materials to choose from — buttons\, upcycled supplies\, card stock\, ribbons\, fabric\, stamps\, embellishments\, glitter\, paint\, and more — children will explore texture\, layering\, and design to make each piece truly one of a kind. By the end of the session\, everyone will go home with 5–10 (or many more!) cards and tags\, depending on how much detail they pour into each design. \nA joyful\, hands-on session that celebrates creativity\, sustainability\, and the art of meaningful giving. Each class offers personalized coaching to help young performers gain confidence and grow as triple-threat artists. Students will explore songs and scenes from popular shows like Matilda the Musical Jr.\, Seussical Kids\, and Frozen Jr.\, as well as create original material through improvisation and short film projects.
