DESCRIPTION:This gentle flow class is warm and light\, ideal for anyone wanting a slower-paced class.  We move to create flexibility and sustain our range of motion through supportive passive openings and longer holds and props.  This class is for any age\, body type\, and level of experience. As you progress\, you will learn how to incorporate breath connection and meditation techniques into your practice.  Please bring a mat and a water bottle. \nTaking a yoga class can offer a variety of physical\, mental\, and emotional benefits including improving cardiovascular health\, reducing stress and tension and leaving you feeling more energized and revitalized.
