Kristel Bauer PA-C started Live Greatly to inspire others to awaken to their ultimate potential. Her mission is to help people  achieve optimal health in mind, body, and spirit to attain success. With her history working in Integrative Psychiatry and Functional Medicine, she has a unique perspective on optimizing mental health and building resilience. Kristel is an experienced and passionate speaker on wellness, showcasing her knowledge through her Podcast series “Live Greatly”.  

She is currently in the Andrew Weil Integrative Medicine Fellowship and has successfully helped many people overcome challenges to achieve their goals. With her history as a Reiki Master, she also has a strong interest in spirituality and how it effects your overall wellbeing.

Kristel is a lecturer at the University level and is an Adjunct PBL Facilitator for Feinberg School of Medicine Northwestern University Physician Assistant Program. She has been a Physician Assistant since 2006 and has a long term passion for helping others achieve their ultimate potential.

Class Refund and Cancellation Policy: Refunds will only be given up to one week prior to the first week of class of any session. (The refund period for some classes, which require advanced reservations or purchase of materials, may be more limited.) Cancellations will incur a $5 handling fee for programs costing under $100 and a 10% handling fee for programs with fees of $100 or more. If a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment, you will be notified, and a full refund will be given.

If this class does not meet the minimum participation requirement, you will be notified of the cancellation within one week of the start date.
