Welcome Wellness: The Truth About Emotional Eating

Do you ever find yourself heading straight to the kitchen when you are stressed? Or continuing to eat even when you are not hungry but because you are bored or tired?

During this workshop, discover and learn the latest techniques for managing common eating triggers, learn how to eat more intentionally and not on auto-pilot, and how to feel more in control of your eating.

This class runs on Wednesday, October 5, 6:00pm – 8:00pm

About Mollie Lawniczak
My own health journey led me to coaching others and starting Welcome Wellness. Because I understand what it is like to have a health goal that you want to reach, I am passionate about educating, supporting, and motivating others to reach their goals. I studied health coaching and nutrition sciences through the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute and Stanford Center for Health Education. I am currently studying Advanced Coaching to become a National Board-Certified Health Coach. In addition, I worked for over two years coaching members at WW (Weight Watchers). As a health coach, I help clients achieve self-determined goals, provide trusted science-based information, help clients make a plan to achieve their goals, and maintain motivation. Welcome Wellness is my opportunity to share and welcome good health into the lives of my clients
