Tai Chi is a martial art that emphasizes weight transference to improve balance and body awareness. Its relaxed, slow, graceful and precise body movements can enhance the strength of body and clarity of mind. The flowing movements of Tai Chi contain much inner strength, like water flowing in a river, beneath the tranquil surface there’s a current with immense power. The ultimate purpose of Tai Chi is to nurture the Qi(Life Force) with us to flow smoothly and powerfully throughout the body to aid in concentration, energy,  stress relief and harmony.
Ken has been practicing martial arts for 27 years, and started Tai Chi training in 1996 with Sifu Dale Washington, Sifu Ban Toy in 2000 and Grand Master Yang Jun in 2006.
