The Titan Submersible is coming to Gorton!

 Event Highlights:    

• Get up close and personal with Titan! Parked under our porte cochere, by the south entrance (please dress for the weather.)
• Meet the crew, which includes content experts, marine biologists, veteran Titanic divers, and Mission Specialist David Waud of Lake Forest, and hear fascinating stories about the submersible and its expeditions.
• Watch never-before-seen footage from the OceanGate Expeditions dives on the Titanic wreck site. 
• Enjoy complimentary “submarine sandwiches” snacks, and soft drinks while you wait in our beautiful heated Solarium.

Veteran Diver and Titanic Expert- PH Nargeolet, and Submersible Pilot and CEO- Stockton Rush will share their experiences descending over 12,800 feet beneath the ocean’s surface with expedition teams, surveying the current state of the wreck and debris field and capturing discoveries with photos, 4k videos, and sonar technology.

This event will take place at the Gorton Center in Lake Forest, IL on Saturday, November 20, 2021 from 11am-3pm.  Registration will be required for each one hour period during which there will be tours both outside and inside Titan. Boarding Titan will be limited to approximately 5 minute intervals of vaccinated attendees over the age of 12 wearing masks inside the submersible.

Early registrants will have the best chance of getting their requested time slot since as we expect this event will fill quickly.
