We are going outdoor for this class! Learn how to make an amazing paella with all the tricks and tips to have it at your table in 20 minutes! You will learn about rice that can be used, seasonings, broth and how to make the “sofrito” the flavor base of any paella! Marina will also tell you how and where to find fresh ingredients to bring your paella to life. Of course, paella will be served by the end of the night, dessert too! A glass of wine is also included.
