This class is on Wednesdays, January 29-February 19, 2020

Increase your happiness! Reduce stress! Boost your immune system! Enhance your self-esteem! Even shed unwanted weight! Hundreds of studies have shown that there are countless benefits to meditation and concentrated breath-work from which one can benefit in just a few short weeks. Join Hollis Blume and learn several simple breathing techniques which you can incorporate into a straightforward form of extremely easy-to-learn meditation. With the pledge to yourself of only 15 minutes each day to practice this gratifying process, you will find that this can be a fun and joyful commitment, and will give new meaning to your well-being.

Hollis Blume has been a student of energy healing modalities of various kinds since 1990. She began by studying under nationally and internationally recognized Medical Intuitive (energy healer) Kurt Hill and went on to receive various certifications and course completions in modalities including Emotional Freedom Technique (“Tapping”), Quantum Touch, Theta Healing, and Dr. Joe Dispenza Workshops to name a few. Over the years, she has also studied and taken a great interest in Law of Attraction, meditation and breathing techniques for self-empowerment, healing and well-being. Hollis’ passion is connecting with people and providing them with information and tools that resonate with them on their path of expansion, as well as guiding them on how to get “in the flow” for peak performance in all areas of life. Hollis has taught varying energy techniques at the level of  elementary, middle schools and high schools, as well as to clients in her private practice ranging in age from  4 to 87.
