Planes Trains and Automobiles Part of the FA-LA-LA Film Fest
There’s no place like home for the holidays–all Neal wants to do is return to Chicago to spend Thanksgiving with his family, but fate and his new acquaintance Del Griffith have other ideas…kick off your holiday season with this hilarious adventure from the mind of John Hughes himself!
Gorton’s FA-LA-LA FILM Fest presents
Easily excitable Neal Page is somewhat of a control freak. Trying to get home to spend Thanksgiving with his wife and kids, his flight is rerouted to a distant city in Kansas because of a freak snowstorm, and his sanity begins to fray. Worse yet, he is forced to bunk up with talkative Del Griffith, whom he finds extremely annoying. Together they must overcome the insanity of holiday travel to reach their intended destination.
Written and directed by John Hughes. Starring Steve Martin, John Candy and Laila Robins.
