Join us in welcoming Audrey Grunst from Simply Bee Counseling. Audrey will be presenting on how to raise a resilient child and touch on the pitfalls of Helicopter parenting.

Audrey Grunst, is a licensed clinical social worker and owner of Simply Bee Counseling and Coachability.

Simply Bee is a private practice comprised of experts who focus on positive health and wellness using counseling, nutrition and yoga to treat the mind and body. Audrey is an individual therapist, public speaker and mental performance coach for elite athletes, including Northwestern Women’s Volleyball Program and D1 Volleyball Club. Her dynamic presentations include mental health awareness, skills training, and heartfelt dialogue. Audrey is a MBA candidate from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, received her MSW from Loyola University Chicago, and was a Division I volleyball player at Loyola University, where she received her BA in Psychology. Audrey is Libertyville resident and a mother of two young children.
