This new program will virtually present short films in conversation with filmmakers! Virtual ticket holders will be invited to join us for an hour long Zoom session, where we’ll watch a curated short film together, and host a Q&A with the filmmaker! These films are inspiring, funny, thoughtful and engaging. Join us for these intimate, exclusive and one of a kind conversations!

Ahhh, renting an apartment in New York City – tiny, ‘challenging’ spaces coupled with enormous rents are to be expected. The most eccentric of landlords…directly above you…with an itchy speed-dial finger? – perhaps not as common. Told almost entirely through voicemail messages, One Year Lease documents the travails of Brian, Thomas and Casper as they endure a year-long sentence with Rita the cat-loving landlady. Director Brian Bolster will join audiences to watch the film and participate in a Q&A!

Film and Event Refund and Cancellation Policy: There is no refund given for unused film or event tickets.
