Laughter Wellness (also known as LaughterYoga) gets you laughing without even needing to remember that great joke you heard that one time.

Chelsea is a Certified Laughter Wellness Coach. By day she works at a behavioral health start up, but by night (and really any other time), she’s here to help you laugh! Chelsea believes that we are responsible for our outlook on life, and when we make an effort do something that improves ourselves, it opens us up to have a better impact on those around us. Health and happiness take work, but it’s the dream right?
